  • Use Ratings Thoughtfully: Use a rating system to help other users understand your opinion. If you've had a good or bad experience, describe the reasons behind it. 
  • Add Photos or Videos: Whenever possible, include images or videos of the product or service you are reviewing to provide valuable insights. 
  • Respect Others: If you're writing a negative review, focus on specific, helpful points rather than vague complaints. This will make your review more helpful to others and help them make informed decisions.

Create a Shopping Guide

  • Share Your True Experience: When creating shopping guides or recommendations, please write your honest experience. Please avoid recommending products or services you haven't tried or researched before. 
  • Use Clear Titles: Choose a descriptive and clear title for your shopping guide. It will help others easily understand your content. For example, “10 Best Budget Electric Bikes In 2025” or “Top 7 Best Kitchen Appliances for Small Spaces.”

  • Verify Coupons: You can also get the best saving tips for others and verify if the coupon is still active by providing evidence in your shopping cart. 

Things You Can’t Do

  • Avoid Discrimination: Please do not use language or content discriminating among individuals or groups based on race, gender, religion, nationality, sexual orientation, or others. 
  • No Harassment: Disrespecting other members, whether in comments, reviews, or private messages, is not allowed.
  • No Fake Reviews: It is strictly prohibited to post reviews for products or services you have not personally used or to encourage others to post fake reviews.
  • No Fake Profiles: Creating multiple profiles to manipulate the review system is not allowed. 
  • No Copying Content: Do not copy and paste reviews or other content from sources without credit. All reviews, including shopping guides and articles, should be original and reflect your own experience.  
  • Avoid Posting Too Negative or Aggressive Reviews: Reviews that are too negative without constructive feedback or intended to harm a business or individual will be removed.

We may remove comments or content that violate our guidelines, including:

  • Harassment or privacy violations

Consequences

We ask RummMate to follow our guidelines to meet the goals of this community. If there is any violation, please report it to Rummmor Team. We will take action on all contents after being reviewed. Our system helps us identify and remove spam automatically.
